RETURNS:

Scratch and Dent systems are not refundable or returnable once they have shipped from the warehouse. We will provide warranty for any manufacturers defect. Any Defect claims, the customer must submit a report from a Licensed HVAC Technician who can troubleshoot the claim. Seller also has the discretion to replace any defective part as an option to system replacement.
