TERMS

AUX distributor (hereinafter "Company") warrants this product against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows. All warranty periods begin on the date of original installation. If a part fails due to a defect during the applicable warranty period, Company will provide a new or remanufactured part, at Company's option, to replace the failed, defective part at no charge for the part. This limited warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed below.

• A warranty period of one (1) year on all parts to the original registered end user.

• A warranty period of five (5) years on compressor to the original registered end-user.

• Warranty applies only to products remaining in their original installation location.

• Limited warranty applies only to systems that are properly installed by a state certified or licensed HVAC contractor, under applicable local and state laws in accordance with all applicable building codes and permits, AUX installation and operation instructions and good trade practices.

• Defective parts must be returned to the distributor through a registered servicing dealer for credit.


Return Policy:

No merchandise will be accepted for return and/or credit without the prior consent of the company. All of the following conditions must be met before any consideration will be given to a return and/or credit.

1, All goods received shall be deemed accepted by buyer unless rejection is made in writing within Seven(7) days of delivery with approval from auxusaauthorized.

2, All return products must be in resalable condition with freight/shipping & handing charge prepaid and are subject to a 20% Re-stocking fee.

3, All products cannot have been installed, must be without any damages, scratch.

Returns:

Under no condition will auxusaauthorized be liable for any damages, and in particular will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, revenue or use, arising out of or related to the auxusaauthorized account or the information contained within it, whether such damages arose in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to auxusaauthorized arising from any product sold on auxusaauthorized eBay account shall be the price of the product ordered.

1. Do you offer local pick up?

Sorry, We DO NOT offer Local Pickup.

2. Do you ship on weekends?

We currently ship all orders out Monday-Friday using FedEx. We only use FedEx. Delivery can occur on Saturdays. All deliveries are subject to FedEx holidays.

3. Who do I contact if I receive a damaged product?

If your Product is Damaged please notify the Seller As Soon As Possible..Please provide description of the Damages with any Photos including the packaging and Unit Damage. We will report the Claim for Processing.

5. Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses on each Coast and Midwest.

6. How long until my order ships?

Orders placed before 4 PM PST with successfully processed payment and available inventory will ship out within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

7. Do you deliver on weekends?

8. I received an incomplete order (missing parts, manual, etc.), what do I do?

If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us first thought eBay.

9. Why was my order cancelled?

If your order is cancelled due to inventory, you will receive an email. In most cases, inventory is determined at time of purchase. In the event that your item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund (including tax) back to the original form of payment. Refunds are subject to your bank’s processing time.
